Your account

Give us a correct name, phone number, email and delivery location, and keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Prices and fees

• All prices are in naira. Market prices change, so the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
• The delivery fee depends on the distance from our store to your pinned location and is shown before you pay. Some orders qualify for free delivery.
• Items sold by weight or by budget may vary slightly in size or count from photos.

Payment

Orders are paid online through Paystack. We start shopping once your payment is confirmed.

Substitutions

If an item is unavailable, we may suggest a replacement. You can approve or decline it on your order page. If you decline, or we can’t find a suitable replacement, the item is removed and we refund its cost.

Delivery

• We deliver within our delivery area. If your location is outside it, checkout will tell you before you pay.
• Choose “as soon as possible” or a delivery window. We aim to arrive within the window, but traffic and weather can cause delays; we will keep you updated.
• Please be reachable on your phone at delivery time. If we can’t reach you, we may contact you to rearrange.

Cancellations and refunds

• You can ask to cancel from your order page. Once we have started buying your items, we may not be able to cancel.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Paystack.
• If something arrives damaged, wrong or missing, tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.

Our responsibility

We take care to buy fresh, good-quality goods. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law. Beyond those rights, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
